Capcom have announced an extension to their acclaimed snow-clad shooter, Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, with a repackaged 'extended' version (which is, I guess, the console way of saying expansion) called Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition.

The game will be released under the Xbox 360 Classics range and as a budget PC title and will sport the original game with a slew of new multiplayer additions along with a few new modes for the single-player portion. All the details can be found here in the press release.

The repackaged game is due to release in Australia this June, according to Capcom Aussie distributor, Activision.
