Despite the apparent best efforts of all parties to delay and confuse the release, the Crysis single player demo has been released and is now available for download
locally from AusGamers. The demo weighs in at an impressive 1.9gb; we've got a torrent for it as well if that's how you roll.

1: do a google on "crysis dx9 high setting" ...you can change your config file to "unlock" and get better settings under dx9. It works and does give good graphic boost.
2: Who is going to host dx10 servers over dx9 servers ?
Who hosts servers ? K, a few ISP's, but alot of clans do also, and they will host what their members want.....
I know our clan wont be hosting DX10, I expect alot of others wont be either.
well, maybe once our members upgrade their graphics cards, but that will be at least 6 months away.
I honestly think there will be plenty of dx9 servers
So dont sweat it on the dx9 or dx10 server stuffs.
also, on a dx9 server anyone with dx10 will be forced to play under dx9 constraints....so they say.
