The soundtrack to Lionhead and Microsoft Game Studios' critically acclaimed Fable 2 has been announced and can be nabbed as a digital download from Sumthing Digital (along with many other game soundtracks) from November 25th.
Fable II Original Soundtrack features the rich and musically diverse Fable II score composed by Russell Shaw (Fable, Black & White) as well as the Fable Theme by GRAMMY award-winner Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, The Simpsons, Big Fish.) The Fable II score was recorded with 90 musicians including the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra at the Slovak Radio Concert Hall in Bratislava, as well as Celtic instrumentalists with the Tiffin School Boys Choir and Pinewood Singers Adult Choir
at Pinewood Film Studios in London, England.
There's no word the soundtrack will be released locally in CD form, but lets face it - CDs are a thing of the past, anyway.

We've committed bigamy, paid for sex, had multiple children to different women and taken part in a "debauched bedroom party with several participants", and all in the name of maintaining our high review standards for you, the reader.

Fable 2 is most certainly here, and while the internet was quick to get out and buzz about it, we took our time to get to know the world of Albion and do all we could to make a much more refined call on its inner and outer workings (which is a good thing because close to 20 hours in it's super clear there's just so much more to do, meaning any kind of judgment on this too early would be remiss - and that's not how we roll here).

If you want to know just how she plays, you'll need to check out our in-depth review, and in case you missed it a few weeks ago, be sure to have a look at our video interview/hands-on demo with series creator, Peter Molyneux.

It's only a few weeks away from being in your hands, but Microsoft gave AusGamers one last chance to have a look at the most recent build of Fable 2 with resident Senior Design Director of publishing at Microsoft Game Studios, Josh Atkins, who worked closely on the game by our side.

So, knowing the game was as close to complete as we'd see it before release, we grilled him about the dynamic game-world, killing sprees and cheating in Fable 2 Pub Games.

You can find our last look right here, while more media and info can be found on the AusGamers Fable 2 game page.
