AusGamers' resident strategy-buff Kosta Andreadis is back today with another RTS review. On Monday Dawn of War 2 expansion Chaos Rising scored highly but it looks like EA's Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight hasn't fared so well.
It works, and it doesn’t. It’s enjoyable, and it’s frustrating. It feels like a battle heavy RTS, and it feels like the RTS equivalent of a button masher.

Find out both why it works and why it doesn't in AusGamers' in-depth review.

One of the mainstays of the Command & Conquer strategy franchise has been their cinematic cut-scenes with live-action actors providing the storyline between campaigns. In previous games, they've filmed in front of green screens with only minor props, but for Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight, they're going all out with some complete sets and soundstages.

Today's trailer walks us through the GST (Global Stratospheric Transport) - The bigass ship that you'll be jetting around the globe in througout the course of the game. Check it out right here on AusGamers.

Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight is due on March 18th 2010, exclusive to PC.

Cologne, Germany also played host to what could be the last instalment in the long-running C&C series, with Command and Conquer 4, where Trog had a chance to sit through a hands-off demo and ask a few important questions.

There's a fairly big revelation in his preview, which also details a lot about the multiplayer aspect as well as the new Crawler unit used as your base HQ. RTS fans and Command and Conquer die-hards would do themselves a favour checking it out.
