This is pretty interesting plug-in for WordPress called "RePress".
It basically turns WordPress sites into a proxy server.
So for example, head here to the examples page: https://all4xs.net/uncensored-website/
And you can click through to the Pirate Bay (for example), using that WordPress site as a proxy.
It's interesting the model they've chosen is opt-in rather than opt-out as well - that is, you have to specify what sites you want people to access, rather than let them access every site (you could determine from the URL what they want to go to) and specify what sites NOT to let them see (or use keywords to block, for example, pornographic sites or what have you).
Pretty interesting stuff.
Why have wordpress running this? Seems like unnecessary overhead.
