Google has released a service Inactive Account Manager, where you can configure what happens when your accounts turn inactive because you are dead.

Here's their blog post about it: Plan your digital afterlife with IAM

Forbes have an article about it: Will You Use Google's Death Manager To Let Loved Ones Read Your Email When You Die?

The service lets you decide what to do with your data from these services after pre-determined amount of inactivity: +1s; Blogger; Contacts and Circles; Drive; Gmail; Google+ Profiles, Pages and Streams; Picasa Web Albums; Google Voice and YouTube.

They will contact and share specific data with specific contacts or delete data as directed.
