Hey guys,
My mate has dropped off his pc here for me to format and stuff. I have the legit windows xp pro cd here, but he has since changed cases and the Serial no. thing was on the old case. Is there anyway to find out the serial number that has been entered for windows? Cheers |
Heres a list of free programs that can find the XP key for you.

cheers.
that program works sweet (magic jellybean finder). cheeeeeeers |
Yeah I used one of those programs that Mordecai listed before. Can't remember which one I used but it worked like a charm, think it might have been winkeyfinder.

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion The number is listed under ProductId Learn to google and stop trying to steal cd keys. |
another good one i use at work... can do all networked pcs all at once
