A man has created the worlds first true water powered welder. At the moment he is running a hybrid approch in his car using it. The man is working with the US government to develop a military hummer that runs on water and also with one of the major car manufacturers in the USA. Well the simple fact with HHO is that it takes more energy to split the molecules than is recouped when burning it. It's not energy efficient.

Just google HHO Morax I think you'll find its been around since 1800.

It's H2O. If I remember correctly, HHO means H-H-O which is not water (H-O-H).
