Started last night in the UK.
Looks like a cracker of a season! http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/ for more info |
Also I watched Man vs. Wild for the first time last week after Top Gear and that dude is badass.
|
Bear Grills.... he is a nutter, though he was caught out sleeping in hotels and living the 5 star life between takes and a lot of the s*** is scripted and the producers set it all up. Apparently he spits out a lot of what he 'eats' and stuff
dunno looks bad ass to em |
When a guy demonstrates by jumping into freezing water and gets out and rolls in the snow to warm up, thats badass no matter what hotel he sleeps in at night :P
|
He eats some yummy stuff:
Sheeps eye Live spider Live Scorpion Juice of elephant s*** Salmon uncooked and whole - just dig in to the body mouth first But after watching a few episodes it does start to come across as a bit scripted etc And he always says "I'll show you how to survive in ........". Ok, next time I'm lost in the Antarctic I'll remember his wise words. |
If you are a James May fan (for those who don't know him, one of the hosts of the UK Top Gear), he has a really cool show on BBC2 at the moment called James May's Toy Stories. I watched the first few eps last night, was fantastic. Defo recommend it.
|
I haven't seen that, but James May is the man.
I give him the gong for the best presenter on top gear. Requesting permission to say c***. |
Do they do two seasons of Top Gear a year or something? Didn't the previous season only end a few months ago?
|
But after watching a few episodes it does start to come across as a bit scripted etc He is giving us all false hope. So when you die choking on elephant s***, you will be in a positive frame of mind. Though I do quite like the show |
Do they do two seasons of Top Gear a year or something? Didn't the previous season only end a few months ago?Yeah. Also, |
Do they do two seasons of Top Gear a year or something? Didn't the previous season only end a few months ago? UK tv season is like the US - takes a break over their summer, starts up again towards the end of a calendar year. |
