It did look like a suit of something though. Man this year is going to be amazing with Iron Man 3, Superman, Anchorman 2, This is the End and Kick Ass 2. I am set for life.

There are a few movies coming out this year about the White House being attacked too some seem okay.

The first trailer for the new star wars movie is out as well, just teasing the script -

Olympus Has Fallen was an awesome movie. Exactly like Die Hard and was extremely predictable but the action made up for it. Lots of carnage. Definitely werth seeing at the cinema.

I like how powerful Supes looks in that trailer, roaring through the air and smashing into stuff, except we're right there with him, the camera is almost over-the-shoulder, he's like the Hulk in the way they show him.

They have tried to 'illustrate' Superman's power in different ways over the years

- Camera stays mostly still and we see something zipping about like a cartoon insect.
- In most television/movies we see him doing most things relatively slowly, like bending a metal bar, with a "damn I'm a stud" smirk on his face which makes him seem like a jerkoff.
- Smallville did a bit of 'bullet time' type stuff, where Clark appears to be moving at normal speed, but everything else is super slow. Interesting... but they only did it because of The Matrix, and everyone was doing it, so it didn't seem Superman-y enough.

They also have to work out how fast this guy can go, and stick to it. Back in the Lois and Clark days, it could take him 5 minutes to get to somewhere in Metropolis, but other times he could be in a conversation with Lois - leave and go buy some cheese in Paris - and come back and Lois wouldn't even notice he'd zipped out... he'd just suddenly have some cheese.

Just got back from seeing The Iron Man 3. Twas alright but it went for about 30 minutes too long. By the end I was getting really bored because that final battle wasn't gonna end.
