Popular and fun multiplayer car-soccer game Rocket League has been added to the Xbox Game Pass library. A great addition to what is turning out to be a must have subscription for Xbox fans. Thanks to the seasonal nature of competitive play in Rocket League, and cross-play (but not with PS4), this addition makes a lot of sense when you factor in the included discount for all DLC content.

It joins other games as a service titles like The Elder Scrolls Online, Sea of Thieves, and State of Decay 2 - all available to play on Xbox Game Pass. Alongside the announcement, Scott Rudi, Game Director of Rocket League added, "I’ve been making games for over 20 years on many platforms and across many genres, and I can tell you that Rocket League is something special. The game captures the magic that got me playing video games in the first place when I was a kid — Rocket League is all about the fun! It’s fantastic to work with an incredible team of developers here at Psyonix, who love the game and pour their hearts into it every day."

And with Rocket League's esports scene, especially within Australia, being as popular as it is - now's the time to jump in and have a kick. Or whatever a car's version of kicking might be.
