Hello to all,

I looking at getting a media player that supports high def and also has large storage ( maybe 3 tb ) what are you lot using. I have around $300 to spend.

yeah WD seems the go these days.

i just store on my HP Proliant and stream to my 360. much easier.

HP Micro Server with a low profile Video card.

Will come in around your $300 and starts with 250Gb of storage, with the current limit (in that machine, without any additional hardware) being ~20TB. (5x4TB disks obviously not included @ the ~$300 price point)

in the 'on the horizon' ideas, I'm hoping the OUYA turns out to playback 1080P content pretty well, it's cheap as chips as a media playback device if so!

What ivy mike said. Can buy the Zotac GT210 for $39 from umart. There was also a model which supported 3D.
