Sup, anyone know where to buy REALLY tiny screws, like those found in watches and/or cameras? Maybe 1mm diameter fine metal thread? Should I just go try a jeweller or something?

It's for a really old camera, I broke one getting it out and I'd kind of like to not leave it out as it holds the focussing screen in.

Was rather hoping for a bricks & mortar store but if all else fails, thanks teq. Trouble is I only want ONE screw, I'm pretty sure most/all online stores won't just sell me one screw. I also have no idea what this screw is so I was hoping I could take one of the good ones in and some smart old guy who fixes watches/cameras would know what thread pitch and diameter it is.

if you can deal with their site (and occasionally exorbitant prices), http://www.smallparts.com.au may have some

Here's a picture of the screw. Click for omgwtfultrahuge. Don't ask me why the 10c piece is red, I didn't paint it.

Not sure what you'd call those screws but maybe call http://www.statewidefastener.com.au/ or http://www.boltmasters.com.au/

They are two Brisbane fastener companies I know of (which have storefronts).

try AJS. they have a shop on albert street. we get lots of parts from them. if you take the screw in they might be able to find one the same size.

Must be something in the water in Virginia because I've had a screw removed and the tyre plugged for free, the ends clamped on a custom clutch line done at a different place, free gas bottle for the forklift when the usual supplier was late and I had three trucks waiting to be loaded.
