No matter what I do or change the servers maplist keeps getting reset back to small maps and ignors my maplist which is set to large, any help would be appreciated.

After you typed your text into the %server:port%\admin\MapList.txt Server File, did you save and then restart?

No I wasn't aware you had to put your map list in the Maplist.txt file, had been doing it under the config option. Will place them in the maplist.txt file, cheers for that.
