I'm not sure if you guys are aware of this bug or not, but this new server update has introduced a bug that locks the number of spectators to 4 even if you set it to 2 on the config page. Oh and proof this is not just my server, I googled and found this (check second post): http://teameuropeclan.com/threads/bf4-server-version-r24.4740/

e.g.:
My server is 36 slots total.
32 player slots
2 commander slots
2 spectator slots

If I restart my server (and when it restarted after the update), even though I have set only 2 spectator slots, the server comes up as:

30 player slots
2 commanders
4 spectators

However, there is some good news, using Procon you can set the spectator slots back to 2 then switch maps and it'll be fine.

Until DICE fix this, maybe you guys need a script on the config page that makes sure it's setting the correct spectator slots. ;)
