I assume you are talking about the "Sneaky Ninjas #1" and "#2" servers.

#1 has never written a crash dump; it has never actually crashed.
#2 last wrote a crash dump on 25/12 a little after 9pm.

In the last week:

#1 had 8 "events" where around 30% of the players were dropped. I'm not sure if these were just map changes where a bunch of people left or there was some network issue, but the server didn't drop all of the players, only 21-26, each time the rest of the players stayed connected.
#1 last rebooted on Monday afternoon, the logs seem to show that someone hit the restart button on the server management page.

#2 had 3 similar events, 30% players dropping with the rest staying online.
#2 last restarted about 10:20 this morning, again in response to a restart request, not any server failure.

I'll reply to the support ticket with the same information, feel free to reply either here or there with more information about which server you think is "stuffed" and why, as from this end it seems to be running reasonably well.

I found another ticket you logged with the error message - can you confirm the problem is that you can't connect to your ProCon Layer that is hosted with another company?
