The dedicated server software is a black box that we have no direct control over. I'm certain that no other provider could have provided a more stable BF4 server, but of course we respect your right to find that out for yourself.

OK so are you telling me that this is to be expected and there is nothing you can do and to expect more of the same? Oh yes I have checked Gameservers BF4 forums and there isn't the number of complaints about servers crashing as I see here and they are a much larger entity and larger customer base. |

I won't say anything negative about our opposition, but if our servers were crashing more than any other RSP DICE would tell us (they get every dump).
You might note that the actual amount of complaints here are from a small group of customers, and are partly driven by our actively engaging and encouraging these complaints so we can work on them. |
