Completely gone off battlelog 22:17 lost 64 players. What is going on. Why is this happening?

Had to restart the server to get it working.

Nothing AusGamers..... It is becoming a complete waste of time. 100% CPU causing LAG or random network dropouts.

Cant keep a player base with bad servers. I would like answers.

This is my server rank due to the inability of AusGamers to provide a stable environment.

I know everyone hates hearing this but we are investigating this issue as to why your servers have suddenly gone offline, as this should not be happening nor has it happened to anyone else from what we can tell.

You don't happen to have any odd ProCon settings at all that may be fiddling with the server?

In-Game Admin - 3.3.0.6
Latency Manager - 1.0.1.7
Spambot - 2.0.0.4
Metabans - 1.0.6.0

Actually, it happened to me too, but it also happened a few days ago and came back so I just waited and back it came. The server doesn't actually seem to shutdown, just connection to it is lost by ProCon, BF4 and Battlelog. It seems like a network issue.

Oh btw, I noticed that when it eventually does come back, for a while, the ping in Battlelog is very high as is in game.

An update if u still even bother to read... not had any response to my queries in your..... "contact us", which by the way is a very poor excuse for an incident management system.

Having to run my 64 + 2 + 4 server at 54 + 2 + 1 for the last few weeks due to 100% CPU introduced LAG spikes, i decided to remove all Procon plugins and up the slot count to 58 + 2 + 1.

As soon as 58 + 2 players were on the the server, the server which you provide and you state is capable of running 64 + 2 + 4, it started spiking to 100% CPU and introduced rubber banding and LAG to multiple players, if not all on the server.

I then dropped down to 56 + 2 + 1 slots and the CPU spikes to 100% stopped (highest was around 95%) and the rubber banding and LAG stopped being reported by the players.

If i drop down to 54 + 2 + 1 then the CPU very rarely goes over 85%.

Quite simply the RCON tools do not affect the rubber banding and LAG, it is the number of players that does.

Until this issue is resolved, i.e. I can run 64 + 2 + 4 slots without rubber banding or LAG, I would like you to drop the price you charge me down to $60 and *not* move the server from GA0112.

Please also note I have not experienced any server communication issues for the last week.

Can you please respond to me either by this forum or an email at you earliest convenience.

I would say they are on holidays and dont care too much about your issues right now.

Seems like its normal no response from anyone in the GSP departments cause they dont get paid for helping you on their holidays...

Just do what everyone else is doing and move your server to another GSP neither of the other two who offer servers in aus have issues with lag or rubber banding.

although I do have to strongly agree...how typical is aussie service declining right across this industry
when overseas they are switched on 24/7...hell even our major shopping centres close at 5:30pm (max) hahahaha
maybe we are too greedy with the double/triple overtime!

Haven't experienced any on the servers ive been playing on, and i dont see how my testing against a server i rent here is wrong... you dont rent a server here so you have no idea how bad it is.

Ive been playing on a few Hypernia servers and lets just say that rubber banding is nothing like you get here, latency might be a bit worse but hey atleast when you ask for support they will be there to help.

Goodluck trying to get support around here at anytime other then mon-fri 9-5.

Ohh and its also good to see the admins are posting in other forums but cant be f***ed posting in here, great way to show your customers you care.

Game disconnected: client closed down connection.

Cannot connect to my server disconnected 20 players suddenly but I can connect to other servers just not mine.. JOKE !!

HAHHAHAHAHA mine is guess what ?? GA0112 (203.46.105.22) I lost all connection too... Not a coincidence at the same time

No it's not my procon layer either or plugins as I tested it by turning it off with Gameservers and then trying to connect again . same issue !!

Incorrect, my Hypernia servers are fine, no lag, no rubber banding, yes they still suffer the odd disconnect, but nothing like what I get from my servers here....

I can't raise a support ticket here, only post in these forums, they can go unanswered for days if they are ever answered sadly.

Hypernia might charge more, but hey, you get 24/7 service, and the longest I have ever had to wait for an answer to a support ticket is 18mins.

S**** me as I am trying to support the locals here, but sadly slowly being turned over to the big nasty overseas corps due to lack of service or answers.
