i have had the server crash twice this AM without a few people in it

Please investigate this issue ASAP.

We are currently investigating what the go is with these recent crashes as nothing should have changed since the latest patch deployment. Hopefully we'll have more shortly.

Seems to be a network issue.... As the server didn't crash, we kept loosing connection to it. Also the GameCreate page was unavailable for approx 6 minutes.

Just got disconnected again and servers are not in battlelog :(

Hate to say it but i think this is a ausgamers issue as my teamspeak lags and drops out at the same time as the servers which everything is with ausgamers.

PC GAME update and looks like a new server patch rolled out

For those who may have had their servers go offline just now, we are experiencing some severe network issues and are investigating the issues as our high priority. We understand the frustration of not being able to play a Battlefield 4 game while this has been going on, but we do ask for your patience while we figure out the cause.

When you get the server's running properly I think you should at least join our servers so we can knife and Tbag you to ease our frustration and give us reasonable compensation because if I wrote how I feel I would probably get banned however I would rather spend my money in Australia so I will be patient for a little while longer.

This is become a joke today its not just bf4 its ts too.

We believe that this may be a issue in general with where our servers are located, though at the moment it looks like things have calmed down. Again, we understand the frustration this causes when our service is affected and you guys aren't able to use the servers you are paying your hard earned cash for and we do take these very seriously.

Hopefully we can get some more precise information on where and what exactly is happening so you, our customers, have a better understanding of why this is all happening.

Yes, its demoralising to see branded game company servers with no LAG running 64 players 24 hours a day and yours keep dropping players and lagging continuously.

You try to create a community of players, you kick the a*******s you monitor for cheats, you control the language and they drift off to the other servers that are stable, unmanaged and full of cheats and vulgar language trolls.

Make you wonder why the hell u pay for all the grief.

Again last night 64 players + 100% CPU = Players complaining and then leaving due to LAG.

Drop down to 54 players, players stay = AusGamers gets $16 for nothing. I know $16 is 4 cups of coffee but i don't like paying money for nothing.

DICE has apparently been monitoring my server intently for over a week. Still nothing, no news, no fix, just they are still looking into it.

Looks like they don't care as most servers are doing OK and i'm not a big gaming company so im not worth bothering about.

These guys don't even answer my support tickets anymore... Is ausgamers run by children?
Looks like I will be calling Consumer Protection on monday!

Pretty sure they are, ive put in over 20 support requests as to why i cant connect to ausgamers servers but i can connect to others, with no response i just canceled my servers.

Pretty sure Gameservers and Hypernia are not having lag like ausgamers is.

2 months of "we are monitoring it and cant find any reason to why its lagging" is getting old, just face it your setup cannot handle the 64 players.

Its also a joke that you guys think gameserver hosting is only a 9-5 job most gamers dont get online till after 5pm.
Some things you need to look at.

1. Get paypal its the fastest way to pay your bills when your a clan or community.
2. Put some kind of support system in place, atleast have a ticket system, there is more then enough good free ones out there.
3. Provide support after hours 5pm hits and you all go home and dont care, this is not a business you can run 9-5.
4. Stop treating your customers like s***, seen plenty of people and talked to some who just dont get a response to support tickets, only time we get a response is when we make a post on here and you realize it makes you look bad.

I dont care if you delete this post, as far as i care you can delete this account too cause i wont be coming back after the last 3 weeks ive been through.
