I have instituted a sniper rilfe lottery on our server. It's something I have been thinking about and found the info here

My time limit is 2 minutes to enter lottery and max 3 snipers per team any player can enter the lottery by typing !sniper into chat window...

If they use a sniper rifle after lottery is finished and slots filled they will be killed..

Just thought I'd pass on this to other server administrators here....
