(64) Slot server changing to (32)

Our (36) Slot server just got upgraded to (68), and if it is set to Rush it comes up as (32) and if it's set up to Conquest (64) it comes up as (64).

I haven't checked the other game modes yet.

This is probably covered somewhere here, but is it possible to maintain the player count regardless of game modes?

ps. I understand the 2 + 2 slots allocated for spectators and commanders.

On your configuration page, set the "Player Count Lock:" to 64. This will override the player count changing per game mode.

Server is unplayable, broken, I have never seen so much rubber banding... I have set latency manager (procon plugin) ping limit to 50 and it's ridiculous.
If it's not going to work put ,why pay $68.00 ?

We allocate 32, 48 and 64 player servers to different hosts. Upgraded servers don't move automatically, we need to move them manually. Until they are moved they'll perform poorly. In fact, it is worse than that, they'll hurt the performance of other servers on the same host.

We always credit any servers that are upgraded but not moved with the time that they perform poorly.

I have lodged a ticket for a request ,can someone reply? What's the point of a server not working when upgrading? How long does the migration to a new host take?

Reading posts here it seems nobody is happy with the performance of large servers. From the date the upgrade took place ,we have no server so please reply to my ticket.

Everybody from clan members to pub players are complaining...

We want a playable 36 slot server as it was by this afternoon please.

Hello Mr Malthius..long time no see

How are you? how are the upgrades going - you guys must be super busy....

I am here to help out with the servers information provided by Mr Foxhound -

Is there any chance you could please look into this matter as we currently do not have a server for bf4.

When I discussed this matter with Mr Foxhound, the poor man is very upset, he explained to me, that he spends hours working to earn his money on his wage, and has been generous enough to WolfPack to donate some of that in our direction.

I am more then happy to discuss this via voice comms - drop by the TS for a verbal explanation....it would be appreciated.

Foxhound: check your email. When you next restart your server it will be returned to 36 slots.

My apologies for the frustration but please understand my point of view when 60 Battlefield clan members are complaining since they are donating for this server also.
I have trust in you guys for your work and I will continue to rent servers from you, as I have for the past year (BF3).

Regards,
Foxhound

Dear Foxhound

The frustration understanding has to go both ways - yes, we understand their frustrations, but in all honesty they have to understand our frustrations as well - being their clients - i means $68 is as expensive as a subscription tv.. its not something cheap - it works out to about $816 a year - thats nearly a grand! just for game server...

Thanks for responding malthius
