I've tried asking this four times now via putting in a support ticket but as time has run out on our old host I'm going to try here as the forum support seems to actually work. I did get a response from the emial support staff but only to ask me who our old host was. Not actually answering the question.

Which is. Are you guys able to import settings hash files into your TS servers. We have a rather complicated setup on our old TS3 host and we wanted to move to your servers so after some reading we got the old host (Multiplay) to export our settings. Three days ago I put in the first ticket asking if your were able to import this file. I included a link to it. We have not begun the painful setup process on your server as we were waiting to find out if we needed to. I have since asked a further three times and am yet to get an answer and time has run out on our old TS sub.

I am loath to start the setup process on your server only to find it all overwritten if support suddenly imports our file either overwriting or worse adding settings to what we have done.

Can someone please give us a simple yes or no on this? Come this evening we are going to have 20 - 30 clan members wanting a TS to log into.
