Large server (36+ slots) subscriptions restricted as of 21/11
While we address the current performance issues for customers on GA0114 we've disabled all new subscriptions above 36 slots. This will ensure that current customers get the best possible experience and prevent any new customers from being disappointed in the performance of their server.
We don't expect this restriction to continue for long: we have the resources to support our current customers once proper load balancing has been accomplished. |
