Quick questions about Voice Server
Hey guys, first up, happy to see AG have server rentals. This site is always lightning fast and it's gonna be good to see similar speeds for voice/game servers.
I was just wondering a couple of things :

1: You can upgrade your subscription at any time, and downgrade at the end of the subscription period. For example, you rent a 20 slot server on 1 November, you can upgrade it to 40 slots on 15 November and we'll just charge the extra for the rest of the month. On 16 November you can schedule a downgrade to 10 slots, but that won't happen until 1 December.
2: Only monthly at the moment; our prices are very competitive so we can't offer discounts for longer subscriptions... so we figure that we don't want to lock people in long-term if they aren't getting any advantage. If you want to pay us a year in advance for convenience knowing there is no discount, let me know, it is something we can setup. |

Awesome that we can modify your slots like that, and yep, makes sense it all works of a monthly cycle. Annually wasn't about trying to score a discount to be honest as the prices are fine, its more that I personally like to pay and not have to think about it for 12 months haha. That said though, it would make it much harder to modify the amount of slots if I went the annual approach, so all is good. Thanks again mate. |
