I have tested the startup.txt over and over only to find it does not over ride the configuration page. this is not normal. one of the main things is, I can't disable idlekick. I can't change the time of idlekick. Could this just be a procon issue? can it not be displaying the correct configuration?

It seems that there is currently a bug with the IdleTimeout variable, causing it to be clamped when it shouldn't be. This is making it so that you can only set the variable to be between 225 seconds and 375 seconds. We've alerted DICE on this bug and will hopefully have a fix soon, but for now you can set the variable to 375 to lengthen how long until someone gets kicked.

i asked the same thing heres your answer.Dice will fix it.

After some extensive testing we've found that the Idle Timeout variable is
actually bugged at this moment, stopping server admins from changing it to
anything lower than 225 seconds or anything higher than 375 seconds.

Usually this type of variable isn't clamped, however we've alerted DICE and
should hopefully have a fix soon enough. For now though, if you'd like to set
your server's Idle Timeout to 375 that will at least lengthen the time before
being kicked.
