this is s***.
I don't want anymore storefronts on my PC.
My whole catalogue is on Steam.
Deep Silver would be nervous about this for sure.
its not really that much of an issue, you can login directly to most games anyway, just pretend the storefront isnt there.
i got free games from epic store that im loving too!
subnautica and fortnite!
All that needs to happen is for more of these to pop up driving the prices of games down due to increased competition. Someone (trog I guess) then creates a fancy front-end that integrates all of the online stores into a single interface.
i don't like the fact that epic is buying exclusivity.

Old/indie games might end up on all platforms with the occasional sale/pricing war/loss leading offer, which will still be pretty awesome, but I suspect we won't see new AAA titles spread over multiple platforms and tight competition between them. Would love to be wrong.
Why would Deep Silver be nervous? Aren't they the ones who decided to do it in the first place?
Valve needs this kick in the pants, Steam is an awful and bloated client. When Origin has improved to the point that I'd rather use it for games than Steam you know something is wrong.

I'm sure he'll add it to the top of the todo list.
Nathan needs to resurrect Serverquery!
