Few interesting Geekologie articles brought this to my attention.
http://www.geekologie.com/2011/08/23/no-escape.jpg Portal film: Next up, an in-game wedding proposal, complete with Ellen Mclain original voicework: http://www.geekologie.com/2011/08/16/portal-rings.jpg |

Yeah was very well done, must admit, that chick was much quicker at picking it up than me :(

Wish they could of recorded a room shot like the claptrap video. Also I think it's quite awesome that game companies these days are doing stuff like this for fans and to even get Ellen in to do voice work for it is great. The Borderlands video was hilarious though.

That portal film was amazing, very very well done.

Yeah the film kind of reminds me of the style of the Mortal Kombat web series. But ultimately there's little to no story :/
That portal effect is pretty good though!! |

I don't understand it either, and I'm under the impression that I'm cool.

Platinum trophies on PS3 I'm assuming. Cool vid. It's pretty sweet the guy could actually get Ellen McClain to voice the proposal levels and everything.
|
Something that irks me - the first portal 'effect' acts like a mirror rather than a tunnel. Her self reflections aren't scaled smaller so it doesn't give the portal any depth.
