Got home last night, checked steam - 3 hours to unlock
Got up this morning - 3 days to unlock gg mofos, im off to piratebay to find a crack or at very least a us vpn |

Unless you are planning to VPN Steam so it thinks you are in the States (it unlocks there later today) to allow you to unlock the PC version you wont be playing till 10am Friday.
Honestly Steam has had the release date of the 19th for a long time and the timer counted down to 4am this morning and once again just before it got to zero it reset and 3 days so many hours were added. It's release date in stores here is the 21st but unless you are planning to buy the console version you wont be able to play the PC version till Friday the 22nd as it uses Steamworks. last edited by tHeBoRg at 09:45:40 19/Oct/10 |

I pre ordered the GF a copy for her B-day so I will be in 2 days. Or I'll be watching her play, either way I'll get to play it at some point.
The Australia Post tracking feature says it currently at Underwood Business Centre. That being said, their tracking feature is a little vague. |

DLC has just been announced and apparently it will be "exclusive" to Xbox 360...no other details so far except expect it this holiday season.
If the game is on 3 platforms they should all get the DLC's FFS. |

I'm still not too sure about Obsidian's handling of it. Aren't a lot of people on the New Vegas team original fallout/2 DEVs? IMO this indicates a potentially better game than Bethesdas take on the fallout universe. |

I don't think this can be a bad game. It'll either be excellent or just more fo3, which would be fine really. but let's hope it breaks into 'excellent' territory :)

I also heard that new vegas is gonna be great!, i cant wait to try out those new weapons and do the quests. Im very picky at doing everything and everything in a game, especially one as big and open like new vegas. |
