So it looks like Beta version of Medal of Honour is out!
I'm downloading it now off steam and looking forward to getting home and playing it. Anyone else pre-ordered? BTW 825mb download off steam if anyone is interested |

On that... how does one gain access to the beta?
I saw the deal on Steam where if you've pre-purchased it you'll get early access to the beta... ok, so if I pre-purchase and hate it, can I get a refund?! and I bought BF:BC2 earlier in the year, will that get me access on the 21st? |

Not pre ordering as I'm still sort of iffy on the MP. Can't say I'm much of a fan of the Frostbyte engine, feels weird. Also hate vehicles.

On that... how does one gain access to the beta? It was a strange deal, if you had bought BF:BC2 and pre-ordered you get access to the beta now. If you have pre ordered MOH only you get access to the beta on the 21st. I don't think there is actually a true open beta happening. |

Played on some US servers, pretty meh feeling compared to BC2. Give it another go and maybe refund if still not keen. Encouraging. |

yeah its now been removed from my gaming PC, horrid game with nice graphics, another boring shooter with no game play. It sucks so bad compared to BFBC2 which im gonna go play now woot!

Log a ticket https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php you need to login THen for the new ticket Category is Purchase and Payment then Pre-Order Choose the game and then some reason why you want ya money back. told them my brother pre ordered with out me knowing. |

Hacks are already running wild on the beta... I'm trying to give it a really fair go cuz my mates play BC2 and I thought this would be a good compromise but it's just bad. It has some nice features but... it's the most frustrating game I have ever played.

It's a terrible beta, worse then BFBC2's beta, which is weird cause they're using the same engine. Sounds are defended, as if they don't want you to hear anything, menus are f***ed, hit detection is terrible (22 bullets into the chest of a enemy and then they turn around and stab you is not a fps) and just blatant laziness on DICE's part. You can tell they're just half assing it while they work on future products. Why didn't EA LA take on the multiplayer as well? Who knows. What I do know is I will not be getting this game for PC. No way can they fix all these rampant bugs in 2 months.
