Description:	This is part 1 of the eve offline installer current as of 22nd of july. To use, download this file and part 2, and also the main executable (4mb) at this address (http://content.eveonline.com/571887/EVE_Online_Installer_571887.exe). Place all in the same directory and run the exe file. This is not a patch, this will install the latest version of the game entirely.
