VSTEP and Paradox Interactive have today released a new Ship Simulator Extremes patch that brings numerous improvements to the the recently released simulator.

The patch includes:

- Added buoys to environments
- Added VHF radio chatter
- Added free-roam traffic (optional)
- Improved ocean performance
- Added tutorial mission
- Added lifeboats on Orient Star
- Added lifeboats on Pride of Rotterdam
- Improved bridges (layouts/controls)
- Improved ship dynamics
- Added wind indicator on conning display

The patch is now available for all Ship Simulator Extremes owners through all leading digital distribution platforms.
