Dota 2's International Prize Pool Hits $4 Million
In a first for the MOBA title, Valve's The International Dota 2 worldwide championships has hit a whopping $4 million in prize pool totalling thanks to its 2014 Compendium sales.

Valve opened up sales on the digital program over the weekend, with a price tag of $10 and every $2.50 going towards the prize pool contributions. To begin with the prize pool was at $600,000 but quickly grew to $2.2 million.
