The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Hearthfire DLC Debut Trailer1:49 Added: Wed Aug 29 8:53am 2012
Hearthfire allows you to purchase land and build your own home from the ground up - from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with armory, alchemy laboratory, and more. Choose your land, customize your house, guard it from unwanted visitors, and turn your house into a home by adopting children.
Interesting, I think that Bethesda are gaining a lot of ideas from DLC and building on it. I'm pretty sure there's a mod or two which offer house building.
