SMITE is a DoTA-inspired multiplayer online battleground game between mythical gods. SMITE differs from traditional Defense of The Ancients style games because it uses a 3rd person camera rather than the top down view common to RTS games. SMITE also incorporates very action-oriented combat mechanics and advanced visuals enabled by the Unreal 3 engine.
