There hasn't been any official word of such a game from publisher Capcom, but a surprise listing for a Resident Evil: Revelations 2 has appeared on Xbox.com, Microsoft's official website for the xbox platforms (via Polygon):
Box art and a single screenshot of Biohazard Revelations 2 — the Resident Evil series is known as Biohazard in Japan — were discovered on Xbox.com by French site Gamer In A Box. Capcom has not officially announced a sequel to Resident Evil: Revelations, but the company did cite performance of the game as one of its financial highlights last year.
The first Resident Evil: Revelations was reasonably well received when it initially launched on the Nintendo 3DS in 2012, but found more muted success when it was upscaled for bigger screens on PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U a year later.
