It is here and it is ready to tear your wallet apart, with the Steam Summer Sale now in full swing with massive discounts across the digital store pushing people into bankruptcy or eating noodles for the rest of the week.

As per usual with the Steam Summer Sale, there's a number of massive discounts across many Windows, Mac and Linux titles for day 2 -- roughly 3,000 or so and counting. This year Valve is once again implementing the daily (changed every 24 hours) and flash sales (changed every eight hours) seen in the past, so check them out below to see what titles will break your piggy bank:
  • State of Decay
  • Dynasty Warriors 8: Extreme Legends Complete Edition
  • The Walking Dead: Season Two
  • Prison Architect
  • Bound By Flame
  • Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs
  • Plague Inc: Evolved
  • RPG Maker VX Ace
  • Game Dev Tycoon
  • Alongside the usual sales Valve has also implemented a new means of getting you to spend more money: Summer Adventure. Users are tasked with crafting badges to earn in-game items, community and team rewards, plus the chance to win games off your wishlist if your chosen coloured team wins. The quite extensive FAQ can be found over here if you can be bothered outside of the deep discounts, though we are sure the lure of free games will get anyone.
