If you missed it during yesterday's Sony PlayStation E3 media briefing, Bungie and Activision have now released a standalone version of the E3 2014 trailer for Destiny, the ambitious open world sci-fi FPS from the creators of Halo.
From the ruins of humanity's past, Guardians rise. To defend our home. To explore our lost worlds. To give us hope.

Destiny is a next generation first person shooter, with rich cinematic storytelling set in huge worlds to explore. Create and customize your Guardian. Defeat your enemies. Become Legend in intense cooperative, competitive, and innovative public gameplay modes.
Titled "New Beginnings" the three and a half minute clip shows an assortment of scenes from the lush space shooter ahead of the closed alpha test scheduled to kick off this Friday, and a beta test due next month.

Destiny is coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on September 9th, but there's sadly still no word on a PC offering.
