Developer CD Projekt Red has today announced that eager fans of the Witcher series won't have to wait for E3 2014 to hear more about the game, with the studio preparing for a livestream event on June 5th to showcase pre-order and gameplay info.

Known as the Summer Conference, the livestream will include an unveiling of the Collector's Edition of The Witcher 3. More information on The Witcher Adventure Game, the board game that CD Projekt is developing in conjunction with Fantasy Flight Games, will also be given. Sadly those hoping for more info on Cyberpunk 2077 will have to wait until a later date confirmed a CD Projekt rep.

CD Projekt co-founder Marcin Iwiński will host the livestream along with the GOG.com team. GOG.com is a subsidiary of CD Projekt, and the broadcast will also provide details on the future of the gaming distributor — in particular, new technology that will "[take] the platform to the next level," according to a press release from the studio.

The stream will begin in the wee hours of the morning for Australian viewers, at 4:00am AEST so get that coffee ready. It will be available for viewing through The Witcher website and GOG.com.
