The surprise closure announcement of celebrated studio Irrational Games has played out quite a bit differently to the usual game developer mass layoff scenario, and this new BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea - Episode Two video continues the unconventional procedure.

Promoting the forthcoming downloadable content expansion for BioShock Infinite, a wide assortment of outgoing developers from all departments of Irrational Games take a few moments on camera to describe the favourite parts of the game that they worked on. The five minute video offers quite a bit of new in-game footage and really showcases the human element of the creation AAA videogame development.

Where the usual developer diary style video generally features three or four senior devs from a big studio, in this one clip you'll find comments from former Irrational Games staffers: Senior Writer John Dombrow, 3D – Concept Artist Mauricio Tejerina, Technical Sound Designer Jonathan Grover, Level Designer Shawn Elliott, Narrative Scene Artist Brian McNett, Artist Hung Nguyen, Lead Concept Artist Jorge Lacera, Concept Artist Kat Berkley, Senior Animator Jonathan Mangagil, Environment Artist/Concept Artist Laura Zimmermann, Lead Animator Grant Chang, Animator Jim Christopher, Senior Level Artist Chad LaClair, Systems Administrator Raymond Holbrook, Senior Artist Chad King, Senior Level Artist Charles Bradbury, Technical Designer Justin Sonnekalb, and Narrative &
Cinematic Designer Neil Carter.

Contact information for all developers is included in the video's annotations for other studios and projects that might be shopping for BioShock level talent. Watch it below.

Burial at Sea - Episode 2 is due on march 25th as downloadable content for BioShock Infinite on PC, Mac, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
