ArenaNet has sent word that their third last update for the Scarlet Living Story arc has now made its way onto Guild Wars 2 servers, bringing the fight into the Edge of the Mists, a "proto-reality that exists between the worlds which in turn are the building blocks of reality."

Not without a very large list of updates and bug fixes, the continuing story arc also brings a new World vs World map: the Edge of the Mists. Unlike existing WvW maps, if one instance of the Edge of the Mists is filled up with players, a new one is created so anyone who wishes to fight in the Mists and work on WvW abilities and achievements can do so. Hurrah for no more waiting!

Other additions in this new story arc include improvements to World vs World queuing, two new quest hubs that will task players with discovering just what Scarlet has in store for players and of course a whole page worth of bug fixes and changes which you can read about here. ArenaNet has also introduced some Valentine-themed weapons to help get across just how much you love your fellow player. Also, an adorable Quaggan finisher.
