Those who have been eagerly counting down the hours and minutes until the exclusive beta for Battlefield 4 will be happy to know that the game is now officially available for testing across PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for select players.
Beta access for Battlefield 4 is available now for anyone who has pre-ordered the game (as well as those that have previously bought Battlefield 3 Premium or pre-ordered Medal of Honor: Warfighter), and will be opened up to everyone else on October 4th.
The open beta will be host to an early taste of the Conquest and Domination game modes on the Siege of Shanghai map. Those joining in on PC will be able to experience the larger 64-player Conquest mode while console players will gain access to a 32-player Conquest mode, with Domination offering up a smaller 32-player count against each other on both PC and consoles.
Users can download the Battlefield 4 open beta client locally from AusGamers now.
Debuting alongside the open beta launch are plenty of AusGamers servers, which we're running in conjunction with GameArena - all ready for players to jump in and blow things up in both Conquest and Domination modes. The servers will be unmetered for BigPond Broadband Customers, with specific details on how that all works available here.
For players eager enough to secure their own server come the October 31st launch of Battlefield 4, we'll be opening up pre-order sales come October 14th, so stay tuned for more details on AusGamers Server Rentals including pricing structures. For support during the Open Beta of Battlefield 4 just drop us a line with the contact form and we'll chase up all enquiries.
