Unlocking self-publishing on Xbox One features four main pillars. One is two development kits per developer at no cost. Second is Tools and Resources. Thirdly there are no fees to develop for Xbox One and finally Discoverability (helping them push their products on the Xbox One service and beyond.

New global announcement exclusive game: Fable Legends.
Features unique, new character archetypes: an archer, a sorcerer, a warrior and others, but you can also choose to be a villain.
A new Kinect title shipping first on Xbox One: Fighter Within. Basically a shadow-boxing type of game, not much shown though.
Up next is The Division from Ubisoft which will use SmartGlass and companion apps. Built on the snowdrop engine, the game will have exclusive content for Xbox One such as a player using a tablet to join his friends asymmetric and simultaneous Companion Gaming. With the tablet you get an aerial view of the game and can to and tag enemies and AI you can call in air strikes and much more. Looks very cool.
Mojang's new game Cobolt is coming to Xbox One.
Now Call of Duty is up (Ghosts), with Mark Rubin.
Xbox Live Cloud will host dedicated servers for Xbox One - no real details on how this will work. Also talking now about their new game mode called Blitz - we'll have more on this from the show later in the week.
Announcing a Call of Duty Xbox One Premium pack for Europe with exclusive features and new maps will release o Xbox One first, no different to the situation with 360 now.
Rare's Kinect Sports Rivals will feature scanning through Kinect to create a unique Sports Hero based in your own physical features.
Woooo Peggle 2 and Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare are Xbox One bound :P
But now on to FIFA with Matt Bilbey.
FIFA Ultimate Team Legends - Gullit and Ljundberg are on the stage. They're talking about their time as players and one a coach and how that can be recreated in FIFA Ultimate Team Legends - both of whom are the first legends dropped into the game with more to be announced. Legends is exclusive to Xbox. All pre-orders for Xbox One in Eurpoe will feature FIFA 14 free (while stocks last).
