Those still enjoying the loot-drama of Diablo 3 will be happy to know that patch 1.08 has now gone live for both the PC and Mac versions, bringing with it the usual amount of bug fixes and class tweaks. One of the more prominent features in the patch is the boosting of XP and gold in co-operative matches, an incentive that will hopefully make co-op more viable for players.
The boost will see an increase to Magic Find, Gold Find and experience "per additional player in a multiplayer game, up to a maximum of 30% in a four-player game." Blizzard has also noted that the previous 300% Magic Find and Gold Find caps can now be exceeded, which should make finding items and gold a lot easier in the hack 'n' slash RPG.
Patch 1.08 also brings several other changes including the ability to identify all items in your inventory, a notification sent to all players in a party when fighting enemies, cooldown timer decreases and Auction House tweaks.
