Developer Lucid Games has announced their next game for PlayStation Vita handheld, titled Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery. The episodic game will feature a cast of weird and wonderful characters and a host of brain teasing puzzles plus the chance to look into the world of Jacob Jones as he explores Camp Eagle Feather summer camp.
So firstly, the polite thing to do would be to introduce you to our hero, although he’s a slightly younger hero than you may be used to. Without further ado, meet Jacob Jones, the latest arrival at Camp Eagle Feather, the newest and best Summer Camp.

Now Jacob isn’t one to mix with other kids – he prefers the great outdoors and the company of his parents, so spending his summer with a load of weird kids at Summer Camp isn’t exactly his idea of fun. However, when he stumbles upon the mysterious Bigfoot, his summer takes on a whole new twist.
The handheld title will be utilising the Unreal Engine 3, offering a charming visual style and an "artistically unique world which is inhabited by vinyl toy characters." Lucid Games also revealed that alongside a host of the world's best puzzle creators working on the title, BAFTA nominated writer George Poles is also lending a hand in the story side for the title.

No release date has yet been given for the title however you can check out the trailer and screenshots below for a closer look at what to expect from this colourful addition to the PlayStation Vita library.
