Speaking with official Xbox Magazine UK
, Bethesda vice-president Pete Hines hinted at a new reveal this year, expecting many to "sit up and take notice". While Hines was very tight-lipped on the subject, he did mention that "people will get really excited about when they hear what we're up to".
"I think you'll hear us making considerably more noise this year than we did last year, as a publisher," he said. "Obviously the Elder Scrolls Online is out and we've got the Dishonored DLC, but we will be announcing new stuff and making some noise, and I think when we get the chance to show you guys what we're up to, that you'll sit up and take notice."
Hines also revealed that the teams at Bethesda are continuing to push the boundaries in various ways, ensuring they find "really smart, passionate teams who know what they're doing and have an idea that they really want to do and do well."
While it isn't known exactly what Bethesda could have up their sleeve, recent rumours are pointing to a possible Fallout 4 thanks to Fallout 3 Three Dog voice actor Erik Todd Dellums tweeting
"there may be more of ThreeDog coming! Fingers crossed!" Adding to these rumours was also a filing
by Bethesda for a "Fallout TV" trademark, however, nothing official has been revealed.
Other titles that this announcement may visit could be a Dishonored sequel, a proper revealing of the recently revised Doom 4 or the bordering-vapourware Prey 2 title. Let us know in the comments what you would like to see Bethesda announce.
