Leaked Trailer for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Shows Pirates, Boats and Pistols

A trailer for Ubisoft's previously rumoured but now confirmed title Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag has been leaked online (thanks Siliconera. The trailer was accidentally leaked by a news outlet and quickly removed, however not before people were able to quickly snag it.

Featuring some quite nice looking CGI, the trailer gives a brief overview of the main protagonist, Edward Kenway, grandfather of Assassin's Creed 3's Conor. The trailer also confirms the title is coming to PlayStation 4 and "other next-gen platforms" which could only mean Microsoft's long-awaited Xbox Durango. Check it out below.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be available for PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PlayStation 4 on October 29th.

Hm, Blackbeard seems scared of him, as well he should be...Hopefully they show a next gen trailer at E3 or earlier for this, i love ubisoft's cinematics but hey, im a sucker for new technology and stuff too. Well EB gets more money out of me now..Hrm on the end of the video it said october 28th release i wonder if thats for the next gens as well...

I'm going to actually try and get more than a few hours into AC3, maybe up to the Naval stuff before I buy this. The idea of a pirate AC sounds sweet though...

Although boring stuff like AC3 walking around a ship with nothing happening doesn't really give me high hopes.

you're going to be playing more than a few hours to get to the naval missions.

guess I wasnt the only one who felt that Connors character was boring and annoying unlike Ezio well thats my guess anyway with the sudden change to a new character after previously spending 3 expacks on the last assassin
