Bethesda has today released new screenshots and more information on the newest content expansion coming to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The new content will allow players to travel to the coast of Morrowind, visiting the island of Solstheim.
Encounter new towns, dungeons, and quests, as you traverse the ash wastes and glacial valleys of this new land. Become more powerful with shouts that bend the will of your enemies and even tame dragons. Your fate, and the fate of Solstheim, hangs in the balance as you face off against your deadliest adversary – the first Dragonborn.
Among the new content revealed players will be able to explore beyond Skyrim, encountering the the Dark Elven settlers of Raven Rock and the native Skaal, as you unravel the mystery of a Dragonborn’s return. New shouts and spells have also been introduced, plus new powers, dungeons, creatures, weapons and more.

Check out a glimpse of the screenshots below, but head over to our game page for the full reel.

Xbox 360 players will be receiving Dragonborn first, with a December 4th 2012 release date set, and a price of 1600 Microsoft Points (approx AU$20). No PC release date has been announced and PlayStation 3 users still have yet to receive any content expansions.
