iOS Shooter Borderlands Legends Revealed; Coming this October

While Gearbox hasn't officially announced the recently discovered iOS FPS RPG, an ad has been found in the digital version of Borderlands 2's strategy guide that outlines the upcoming Borderlands Legends. According to the image, the game will be featured only on iOS platforms, and will be following the original four characters from Borderlands.

Players will be in control of Lilith, Brick, Modercai and Roland with gameplay centred around randomised missions. The game touts thousands of different weapons that one can buy using the in-game cash with the ability to level up your characters which unlocks new abilities and skills. Also included is a "fight for your life" mode which is presumably similar to the current iteration, plus a strategic cover system.

No release date has been announced, though the ad states "coming in October".
