Irrational Games has announced BioShock Infinite: Industrial Revolution, a pre-order only flash based puzzle game developed by Lazy 8 Studios that centres around the sky-city of Columbia. The pre-order incentive seems to only be available for those that pre-order from today according to their FAQ, meaning those who have pre-ordered earlier will need to re-order their pre-order.
BioShock Infinite: Industrial Revolution is a puzzle game in which you assume the role of a factory worker within the sky-city of Columbia. You complete increasingly difficult puzzles while learning more about the warring factions in the game and earning in-game rewards.

The in-game rewards you get to unlock:

  • 3 Exclusive Gear items: Handyman Nemesis, Sugar Rush, and Fleet Feet
  • In-Game cash
  • Learn about the city of Columbia and its factions through story chunks.
  • Facebook pack that pledges your allegiance for either the Vox Populi or the Founders
  • Irrational Games has also released some new screenshots detailing the sky city, showing off the quite large flying fortress.

BioShock Infinite will be available on the 27th of February 2013 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The new flash game is available at EB Games, JB Hi-Fi, Mighty Ape and Steam for PC.
