Whether this will amount to anything depends on SEGA's reception of course, however Annunziata seems optimistic, as he has further confirmed that Ecco's original composer, Spencer Nilsen, is also on-board
--or perhaps that should be overboard.
Ecco was among the most successful titles of the Megadrive era for SEGA, and although the publisher last revisited it on the Dreamcast over a decade ago, none of the original game's team were reportedly involved.
